До курса я просто «крутил Excel» и собирал прогноз. После курса стало понятно, как выстроить полный цикл: прогноз → S&OP → влияние на P&L. Мы пересобрали отчёт по точности в Power BI и наконец-то начали честно считать Bias.

Я прошла весь курс и использую конспекты как рабочий справочник. Особо зашёл блок про метрики точности и FVA — теперь мы оцениваем, какие изменения в процессе реально улучшают прогноз, а какие только создают иллюзию контроля.

Пришла на курс из категорийного менеджмента. Блоки про Sell-in / Sell-out и S&OP помогли по-новому взглянуть на промо и запасы. Мы уже пересматриваем параметры safety stock вместе с планировщиками и логистикой.

На середине курса я полностью переделал наш Excel-шаблон для прогноза. Использовал примеры с разделением клиентов и SKU, а блок про Power BI помог собрать дашборд по точности прогноза для ежемесячного Demand Review.

Мне особенно полезны уроки про структуру S&OP и роли участников. Я стала увереннее на встречах с продажами и финансами, потому что могу аргументировать прогноз не только цифрами, но и пониманием процесса.

Недавно записался на курс. Уже прошёл вводные уроки и блок про структуру курса. Понравилось, что сразу видно, как это поможет вырасти до Demand Planner — есть понятная дорожная карта по навыкам.

Я только начала первый модуль и уже пересмотрела свой подход к отчётам. Курс помогает связать работу в Excel и Power BI с реальными решениями по запасам и сервису, а не просто «рисовать графики».

Только вошёл в профессию и искал курс, который объяснит, чем Demand Planner отличается от обычного логиста. Уже на первых уроках стало понятно, куда развиваться дальше и какие компетенции подтягивать.

Сейчас на первом модуле, планирую использовать курс как базу для перехода в Demand Planning. Нравится, что сразу даётся язык общения с финансами и продажами, а не только формулы.

Записался на курс, чтобы выстроить мост между продажами и планированием. Уже после вводных уроков понял, как прогноз влияет на мои KPI и почему важно говорить с планировщиками «на одном языке».

Le cours m’a aidée à connecter ce que je faisais déjà dans Excel avec la logique complète du S&OP. Grâce aux modules sur les KPI et le biais, nous avons revu notre rapport d’exactitude et clarifié qui est responsable de quoi.

Il corso mi ha dato una struttura chiara per passare da “faccio il forecast” a “gestisco davvero domanda, stock e livello di servizio”. Uso gli esempi in Power BI per presentare l’accuratezza del forecast al management.

The course gave me a clear structure to move from “I build a forecast” to “I actually manage demand, stock and service level”. I now use the Power BI examples to present forecast accuracy to management.

I’m implementing parts of the course as I go: segmenting customers by demand pattern, revisiting safety stock and using the forecast error and S&OP modules to improve how we talk about accuracy with Sales.

Mir gefällt besonders, dass der Kurs zeigt, wie Forecast-Genauigkeit in den S&OP-Prozess integriert wird. Wir nutzen jetzt ein gemeinsames Dashboard in Power BI, das auf den Kursbeispielen basiert.

I especially like how the course shows forecast accuracy embedded in the S&OP process. We now use a shared Power BI dashboard based on the course examples.

The combination of Excel, Power BI and S&OP is exactly what I needed. I’m still in the middle of the course, but we already changed how we discuss forecast accuracy in our monthly demand review meetings.

I’ve just enrolled and finished the introduction. I like that the curriculum clearly shows how to grow from junior to full Demand Planner, with concrete skills and tools.

I joined the course to move from Sales Ops into Demand Planning. Even in the first lessons I can see how forecasting, S&OP and career growth are connected.

I’m at the very beginning but already updated my Excel reports using the templates from the course. The goal is to build a full forecast accuracy and bias view in Power BI.

I’ve just started Module 1. I’m planning to use the course as a roadmap to move into a more strategic Demand Planning career path.

My goal is to connect our inventory analysis with proper demand planning. The first lessons already show how forecast accuracy, Excel and S&OP fit together, which is exactly what I was looking for.
