Within 7 calendar days of payment, if less than 20% of the course has been completed. Contact via WhatsApp with payment details.
No refund
If more than 20% is completed or after 7 days from payment. Not available once significant content has been accessed.
Immediate access consent (EU consumers)

Required by EU consumer law before access can be granted. Without this checkbox, the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Requiring completion of free lessons eliminates the most common dispute reason for online courses. The student confirmed the format suited them before paying.

In any dispute, you can match the bank transfer to a specific registered account and pull exact lesson completion logs and timestamps from the platform.

Keep all WhatsApp threads — they are legal evidence
The full conversation — request, IBAN sent, payment screenshot, access confirmation — is a permanent paper trail. In case of a bank chargeback, this is your primary defence. Never delete these threads.

Track lesson completion % on the platform
Your refund policy references "20% completed." Confirm the platform logs each lesson view with a timestamp. This is your main defence if a student claims they "barely started."

Send a written access confirmation after payment
Once access is granted, reply in WhatsApp: "Access activated to [email] on [date]. Price paid: 590 EUR. Refund terms: 7 days / under 20% completion." This closes the loop and eliminates any "I didn't agree to that" claims.
