All payments are processed manually and access to the course is granted immediately after confirmation.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after payment if less than 20% of the course is completed.
If more than 20% is completed — no refund is available.
EU consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless access has already started with your consent.
To request a refund, email natalia.elizarova@demandplanningcourse.com with the subject “Refund” and your order number.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
