But the Claude Code conversation deleted itself after 30 days, you won't find the browser chat among a hundred others, and the script has been rewritten three times since. After a meeting you can keep a two-hour voice recording. Formally everything is saved, but in a month nobody will listen to it to find one decision. That's why people write one-page minutes: what was decided, why, who does it, by when. The recording is kept just in case; people work from the minutes.

Главная ловушкаThe main trap /resume находит вчерашний разговор, поэтому кажется, что история вечная. Нет: разговор Claude Code из терминала через 30 дней исчезает с диска вместе со снимками. Срок можно увеличить в %USERPROFILE%\.claude\settings.json строкой "cleanupPeriodDays": 365, но надёжнее — конспект и архивная копия (разделы 5 и 7). /resume finds yesterday's conversation, so history feels eternal. It isn't: a terminal Claude Code conversation disappears from disk after 30 days, along with its snapshots. You can extend the period in %USERPROFILE%\.claude\settings.json with the line "cleanupPeriodDays": 365, but notes and an archive copy are more reliable (sections 5 and 7).

Копия транскриптов в личный архив. Открывать почти не придётся, но если понадобится — она есть.

A copy of the transcripts in a personal archive. You'll hardly ever open it, but it's there when needed.

Плюс версии файлов — отчёта и скрипта (раздел 6). Без них конспект скажет «в мае считали иначе», но показать, как именно, будет нечем.

Plus file versions — of the report and the script (section 6). Without them, the notes will say "May was calculated differently" but there'll be nothing to show how.

Конспект нужен не каждому разговору, а тому, после которого изменились цифры, правила или методика. Отправьте запрос до того, как закроете окно, — пока Claude всё видит.

Not every conversation needs notes — only one after which numbers, rules or the method changed. Send the request before you close the window, while Claude still sees everything.

Make one-page notes of this conversation for the archive:
1. Date and topic.
2. The task — as I set it.
3. What we did: files, scripts, reports (with names).
4. Decisions and why — one per line.
5. Reconciliation numbers: total, reference, difference.
6. What went wrong and how we got around it.
7. What's left to do.
Only what was in the conversation, don't make anything up. Save it as Notes\YYYY-MM-DD_topic.md, and add the decisions from point 4 to DECISIONS.md.

Data exports don't go into git: they're heavy, and you can't remove them from git history later. Git holds scripts and documents; data lives in a folder with the date in the name.

Разговоры терминала живут 30 дней. Чтобы они не пропали, раз в неделю копируйте их в свой архив. Этот .bat копирует транскрипты и файлы памяти в OneDrive и ничего не удаляет в архиве: когда Claude Code сотрёт старый разговор у себя, копия останется.

Terminal conversations live for 30 days. So they don't vanish, copy them to your own archive once a week. This .bat copies transcripts and memory files to OneDrive and deletes nothing in the archive: when Claude Code erases an old conversation on its side, the copy stays.

Две вещи, которые нельзяTwo things you must not do 1) Не меняйте /E на /MIR: «зеркало» удаляет в архиве всё, чего уже нет в источнике, — и архив будет стираться вместе с разговорами. 2) Архив — в личную рабочую папку, не в общую папку отдела: в разговорах есть цифры, файлы и всё, что вы писали Claude. 1) Don't change /E to /MIR: a "mirror" deletes from the archive everything no longer in the source — and the archive would be erased together with the conversations. 2) The archive goes into a personal work folder, not the team's shared folder: conversations contain numbers, files and everything you wrote to Claude.

Запускать вручную раз в неделю или поставить в Планировщик Windows (урок 15-28). Для продвинутых: Claude Code умеет копировать разговор сам при выходе — хук SessionEnd (урок 15-28), попросите Claude настроить его.

Run it by hand once a week or put it in Windows Task Scheduler (lesson 15-28). For advanced users: Claude Code can copy a conversation itself on exit — the SessionEnd hook (lesson 15-28); ask Claude to set it up.

Раз в месяц — ревизия памяти: устаревшее правило в памяти опаснее, чем пустая память. Claude будет уверенно считать по старой методике.

Once a month — a memory review: an outdated rule in memory is more dangerous than an empty memory. Claude will confidently calculate by the old method.

Задание 1. Найдите свои разговоры.Task 1. Find your conversations. Откройте в проводнике %USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects (вставьте в адресную строку). Найдите папку своего проекта. Сколько там файлов .jsonl и какой самый старый? Ему меньше 30 дней — значит, более старые уже удалены. Open %USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects in Explorer (paste it into the address bar). Find your project's folder. How many .jsonl files are there, and which is the oldest? If it's under 30 days old, the older ones have already been deleted.

Задание 2. Конспект.Task 2. Notes. В конце ближайшего рабочего разговора отправьте запрос из раздела 5. Через неделю откройте конспект: понятно ли без разговора, что и почему сделали? At the end of your next work conversation send the request from section 5. A week later open the notes: is it clear, without the conversation, what was done and why?

Задание 3. Архив.Task 3. The archive. Сохраните .bat из раздела 7 в Блокноте (Сохранить как → «Все файлы», кодировка ANSI), запустите. Откройте папку архива — разговоры на месте? Поставьте напоминание раз в неделю или задачу в Планировщике. Save the .bat from section 7 in Notepad (Save as → "All files", ANSI encoding) and run it. Open the archive folder — are the conversations there? Set a weekly reminder or a Task Scheduler job.
