Claude Code сам меняет файлы и запускает команды на вашем компьютере. Сколько свободы ему дать — решаете вы, переключая режим. А если он всё-таки наделал лишнего — его правки можно откатить. В этом уроке — три режима на каждый день, как читать запрос на разрешение и как вернуть всё назад.
Claude Code changes files and runs commands on your computer by itself. How much freedom it gets is up to you — you switch the mode. And if it does too much, its edits can be rolled back. This lesson covers the three everyday modes, how to read a permission request, and how to undo.

В этой папке выгрузки продаж «Долины напитков» за сентябрь и октябрь. Нужна сводная таблица: город × месяц, литры, изменение в %. Сначала составь план: какие файлы прочитаешь, как сведёшь, как назовёшь новый файл. Исходные файлы не меняй — результат только новым файлом. Если что-то непонятно в данных — спроси меня.
This folder has Valley Beverages sales exports for September and October. I need a pivot table: city × month, litres, change in %. First make a plan: which files you'll read, how you'll combine them, what you'll name the new file. Don't change the source files — the result only as a new file. If anything in the data is unclear, ask me.
Claude работает в режиме Manual над отчётом по продажам и по очереди спрашивает разрешения. Решите за него. Правило: читайте, что именно он хочет сделать — какой файл и какую команду.
Claude works in Manual mode on a sales report and asks for permission step by step. Decide for it. The rule: read exactly what it wants to do — which file and which command.
Кроме «да» и «нет» Claude иногда предлагает «да, и больше не спрашивать о таком». Выбирайте это только для действий, которые вы точно понимаете и которые повторяются.
Besides "yes" and "no", Claude sometimes offers "yes, and don't ask again for this". Choose it only for actions you fully understand and that repeat.
Перед каждым вашим сообщением Claude Code сам делает снимок файлов, которые он правит. Чтобы вернуться: нажмите Esc два раза при пустом поле ввода или наберите /rewind. Откроется список ваших сообщений — выберите, к какому вернуться, и действие:
Before each of your messages Claude Code takes a snapshot of the files it edits. To go back: press Esc twice with an empty input box or type /rewind. A list of your messages opens — choose where to return and the action:

Если в поле ввода есть текст, двойной Esc сначала очистит его. Снимки сохраняются с разговором, поэтому откат работает и после /resume.
If the input box has text, double Esc clears it first. Snapshots are saved with the conversation, so rewind works after /resume too.

Stop at plan mode.Исходные файлы в этой папке только читай. Ничего не удаляй и не перезаписывай. Результат сохраняй новым файлом с понятным именем. Перед любой командой, которая меняет или удаляет файлы, объясни мне, что она сделает.
