You attach an export — Claude describes it, finds outliers, builds a pivot and explains formulas. It does not calculate "in its head" but with code, right on the file. This lesson has a training file with three traps and ready-made requests.
Когда вы прикладываете таблицу, Claude не «читает её глазами» и не считает в голове. Он пишет небольшую программу, запускает её над файлом в отдельной защищённой среде и показывает результат. Как аналитик, который не прикидывает, а считает на калькуляторе.
When you attach a table, Claude does not "eyeball" it or add up in its head. It writes a small program, runs it on the file in a separate secure environment, and shows the result. Like an analyst who calculates instead of estimating.

Buttons in the app may look different. Claude does not change your source file: it returns the result separately — as a table in the reply or a new file.

Опиши этот файл: какие колонки, сколько строк, за какой период, в каких единицах. Есть ли пустые ячейки и полностью повторяющиеся строки? Перечисли их.
Describe this file: which columns, how many rows, what period, what units. Are there empty cells and fully duplicated rows? List them.
Посчитай отклонение факта от плана в % по каждой строке (факт ÷ план − 1). Покажи таблицей строки, где отклонение больше 10 % по модулю, от самого большого. Строки с пустым фактом не считай, а перечисли отдельно. Считай кодом по файлу, не в уме.
Calculate the deviation of actuals from plan in % for each row (actual ÷ plan − 1). Show as a table the rows where the deviation exceeds 10% in absolute terms, largest first. Do not count rows with empty actuals; list them separately. Calculate with code from the file, not in your head.
Сначала убери полные дубли строк и скажи, какие убрал. Потом сделай сводную: города по строкам, месяцы по столбцам, план и факт, итоги по строкам и столбцам. Пустой факт оставь пустым, не заменяй нулём.
First remove fully duplicated rows and say which ones you removed. Then build a pivot: cities in rows, months in columns, plan and actuals, with row and column totals. Leave empty actuals empty; do not replace them with zero.

Reconcile: do plan and actual totals in your pivot equal the source file totals without duplicates? Show both numbers and the difference. Also calculate actual vs plan only for rows where actuals are filled in.
