В уроке 05-18 вы скачали стартовый набор мини-дашборда. Теперь соберём его на своём компьютере: поставим Python и Claude Code, заведём папку проекта, научимся пяти командам терминала, запустим сборку и проверку, а потом попросим Claude Code добавить в дашборд новый фильтр. Программировать не нужно: нужно аккуратно выполнять шаги и читать, что пишет экран.
In lesson 05-18 you downloaded the mini dashboard starter kit. Now we build it on your computer: install Python and Claude Code, set up a project folder, learn five terminal commands, run the build and the check, and then ask Claude Code to add a new filter to the dashboard. No programming needed: just follow the steps carefully and read what the screen says.

Before a renovation you bring the tools and put them where they are easy to find. Python and Claude Code are the tools. PATH is Windows' address book: if a program is not in it, Windows answers the python command with "never heard of it". That is why half of all install errors are not "broken" but "address not written down".

Три приёма экономят время: Tab дописывает имя файла, стрелка ↑ возвращает прошлую команду, Ctrl+C останавливает зависшую. Открыть терминал сразу в папке: в Проводнике щёлкните правой кнопкой по пустому месту папки → «Открыть в терминале».

Создайте mkdir C:\Dashboards\mini и положите туда шесть файлов набора из 05-18. Почему не в OneDrive и не на Рабочий стол: синхронизация держит файлы открытыми и мешает записи, а длинные пути с кириллицей ломают часть программ. Готовый дашборд публикуйте в общую папку (05-21), а работайте — в короткой локальной.
Create mkdir C:\Dashboards\mini and put the kit's six files from 05-18 there. Why not OneDrive or the Desktop: sync keeps files open and blocks writing, and long Cyrillic paths break some programs. Publish the finished dashboard to a shared folder (05-21), but work in a short local one.
Мини-набору окружение не нужно. Оно понадобится, когда дашборд начнёт читать Excel (05-20): библиотеки ставятся в «кладовку» проекта, а не в общий Python.

Окружение держим вне OneDrive (в папке пользователя), иначе синхронизация тысяч мелких файлов тормозит всё. Одно окружение — один проект: обновление библиотеки в одном проекте не ломает другой.
Keep the environment outside OneDrive (in the user folder), otherwise syncing thousands of small files slows everything down. One environment — one project: updating a library in one project does not break another.

Обратите внимание: точность 93,04 % напечатал Python в первой строке, и та же цифра стоит на экране — проверка это и сверила. Если цифры разойдутся, проверка напишет «НЕ СХОДИТСЯ» и не даст опубликовать «на глаз».
Note: Python printed 93.04% accuracy in the first line, and the same number is on screen — that is what the check reconciled. If they diverge, the check says "MISMATCH" and stops you publishing "by eye".
Чтобы не набирать команды, в наборе есть run_dashboard.bat: двойной клик — данные, сборка и открытие. Внутри только латиница: командная строка Windows читает .bat по байтам, и русские буквы превращаются в «кракозябры» или ломают команды. Русские сообщения пишет Python, а не .bat.
To avoid typing commands the kit has run_dashboard.bat: a double click — data, build and open. Inside — Latin letters only: Windows Command Prompt reads a .bat byte by byte, and Cyrillic turns into garbage or breaks commands. Python prints the Russian messages, not the .bat.
Добавим фильтр по месяцу. В папке проекта наберите claude и вставьте запрос целиком. Хороший запрос называет цель, файлы, правила и проверку — как техническое задание (подробно — 04-28-3).
Let's add a month filter. In the project folder type claude and paste the whole request. A good request names the goal, the files, the rules and the check — like a specification (more in 04-28-3).
Задача: добавь в мини-дашборд фильтр «Месяц» — флажки с месяцами выбранного года, слева под «Товарами».
Файлы: правь только template.html. data.json и скрипты не трогай.
Правила:
- карточки, графики, таблица, кнопка «Откуда цифра?» и выгрузка CSV должны учитывать новый фильтр;
- имя CSV-файла должно содержать выбранные месяцы;
- русский и английский текст — у всех новых подписей;
- нельзя снять все флажки: хотя бы один месяц остаётся;
- новых библиотек не подключай.
Проверка: после правки запусти python build_dashboard.py и python check_dashboard.py.
Обе команды должны закончиться без ошибок. Покажи, какие строки изменил. Task: add a "Month" filter to the mini dashboard — checkboxes with the months of the selected year, on the left below "Products".
Files: edit template.html only. Do not touch data.json or the scripts.
Rules:
- the cards, charts, table, the "Where does this number come from?" button and the CSV export must respect the new filter;
- the CSV file name must contain the selected months;
- Russian and English text for every new label;
- unticking all boxes is not allowed: at least one month stays;
- do not add new libraries.
Check: after the edit run python build_dashboard.py and python check_dashboard.py.
Both must finish without errors. Show which lines you changed. Claude покажет изменения и спросит разрешения записать файл — прочитайте и разрешите. Потом откройте дашборд, поставьте один месяц и сверьте точность в кнопке «Откуда цифра?» с расчётом в Excel на тех же строках.
Claude will show the changes and ask permission to write the file — read and allow. Then open the dashboard, pick one month and reconcile the accuracy in the "Where does this number come from?" button with an Excel calculation on the same rows.

На рабочем ноутбуке часть шагов решает ИТ: может быть закрыт winget, установка программ или выход в интернет через прокси. Не обходите ограничения — отправьте ИТ список программ с назначением (он есть в инструкции ниже и в 04-28-2). Claude Code ставится без прав администратора, но правила компании об ИИ-инструментах и данных — главнее: рабочие выгрузки отдавайте ассистенту только в разрешённом инструменте (02-08).
On a work laptop IT decides some steps: winget, program installs or internet access via a proxy may be locked. Do not work around restrictions — send IT the list of programs with their purpose (it is in the guide below and in 04-28-2). Claude Code installs without admin rights, but company rules on AI tools and data come first: give work exports to an assistant only in an approved tool (02-08).

Визуальная проверка обязательна. Зелёный OK скрипта значит «код не упал и одна цифра сошлась». Он не значит, что новый фильтр стоит там, где нужно, что подписи понятны и что английская версия не пестрит русскими словами. После каждой правки откройте дашборд, переключите язык, нажмите новый фильтр и «Откуда цифра?».
Visual check is mandatory. The script's green OK means "the code did not crash and one number matched". It does not mean the new filter sits where it should, the labels are clear and the English version is free of Russian words. After every edit open the dashboard, switch the language, click the new filter and "Where does this number come from?".
